				This cabin was breath taking. Very private & so much space! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need and the rooms and restroom were very clean! 				Great location- perfect for families This beautiful house was home to 4 generations of our family, 12 people total, celebrating our 45 th wedding anniversary. The location was perfect for time spent between Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Smoky Mountain National Park. The kids loved the bunk room while the adults loved having king size beds and almost everyone having their own bathroom. The view of the mountains from the deck was stunning. The hot tub was put to great use by both kids and grandkids. There was lots of space to spread out but also a great dining table, which seats 14, at which to gather together. Sadly we ran out of time before we could enjoy the fire pit. Maybe we can come again. .

				Simply the best! I can't say enough about this property. It is well appointed, clean, comfy, private, has a gorgeous view of the Smoky Mountains and was just what our family was looking for. Situated perfectly for easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and numerous hiking trails, it is the perfect location for visiting Smoky Mountains National Park. The property owner was very responsive to questions. We enjoyed every second of our stay!

				Met expectations The house was perfect for our family vacation! Great location to both pigeon forge and gatlinburg, great size and space for everyone to be together. The only suggestion a family member had was a runner on the stairs, as the wood can be a little slippery with socks on. Would definitely stay here again!

				Our large spring break group of 15 found the house to be perfect. Plenty of space for everyone and the large dining room table worked great for everyone to eat at the same time. Great views of the Smokey’s and a perfect location for going to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Host was very communicative and answered all of our questions right away.

				Spring Break Get Away This house was everything we expected and more. There was plenty of space for our family. The game room was a big hit. Even for the adults. It felt very cozy and inviting. The view from the deck was breathtaking especially at sunset. The location was perfect. It was a short drive into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We look forward to visiting again.

				This beautiful cabin in the Smokies exceeded our expectations! From the location, the well stocked kitchen, to the amenities-the cabin has it all. We enjoyed our stay and our family said it is their favorite winter cabin. Also, the owner was quick to respond to a few questions we had due to snow.

				As my MIL'S altzeimer's progresses we wanted to give her a glimpse of her favorite memory - A family vacation nearby when she was 11. Rounding a bend and the valley opening up to a beautiful mountain view. The cabin was gorgeous and not a detail was missed. The views are breathtaking. It was perfect.

				After Hurricane Helene resulted in the cancellation of our original Airbnb booking in Asheville, we were left scrambling to find an alternative place to stay. The host of this beautiful cabin was able to accommodate us within hours reaching out, and quite literally saved our family vacation that we had been looking forward to for the past year.The cabin is perfectly situated on a serene hilltop that provides incredible views of the surrounding Smoky Mountains. It's outfitted with every amenity a large family could possibly need, including an expansive kitchen and dining area, spacious bedrooms, multiple bathrooms with showers, a theater-size TV with reclining couches, and the most incredible outdoor firepit with crystal-clear views of the constellations above - we even caught a glimpse of several shooting stars throughout our stay.We could not have been happier with where we ended up; would highly recommend this cabin to anyone seeking a memorable trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.

				Beautiful view. Very clean. Host was responsive and immediately came out when we had questions about the A/C. We were excited to have a couple of black bear sightings and enjoyed our stay. Driveway was a little scary at first but it is absolutely worth the view! Lots or nearby attractions, even though it rained a lot, there was still plenty to do!

				It was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! The cabin is exactly as it looks in the pictures. There were 14 of us and it never felt crowded, there's plenty of space for everyone. We loved the large table that comfortably fit us all. The four sets of bunk beds and the air hockey table were perfect for the kids. I loved having the crib to use as well! The porch is large and spacious with stunning views. A brief heads up to those with babies- the main floor is cement and isn't super baby-friendly (not a big deal, I just didn't realize it ahead of time). Communication with the host was easy and clear. No complaints from our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

				The cabin has an amazing, beautiful floor plan which was great for entertaining and hosting our small, private wedding on the property. It was the hottest day of the week, but turned out gorgeous, especially closer to sunset. My only recommendation would be for the grass to be trimmed down just a little more around grill area to allow more of the scenic mountain view (although that may not be their property to do so) but still that was my only thought on what could've improved. It was an gorgeous place, and we are thankful we found it! Owner was always extremely helpful and responsive. We hope to come back soon!

				Our family had the BEST time! Between the big deck with the gorgeous views, to the nicely set up fire pit, our mornings and evenings were set! The cabin is private, yet within minutes of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Stephen was very responsive and helpful!

				Beautiful time Views were awesome. Hot tub felt good after our long hikes. Needed chemicals but couldn’t locate any to put in container. Owner was very responsive to any needs or questions we had. When he came to check on air conditioning he actually brought a goodie box of kitchen supplies.. We put the griddle to good use. Even the friendly black bear came and we watched him eat the apples off the tree. Our family took home some wonderful memories from our stay at the cabin. Highly recommend..

				This home is beautiful...it perfectly fit our extended family of 14....my husband and I, our 3 grown married daughters and our 6 grandchildren. The outside deck has lots of seating and the hot tub was wonderful to soak and see the Smokies. We really didn't want to leave the house because we had the best views! The kids loved the air hockey table! The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans to cook in..would suggest maybe a 9×13 pan, some casserole dishes, and an electric griddle but overall we managed to put meals on the table. The ice machine in the frig cannot supply adequate ice, so we just bought ice bags. The owner is quick to respond if you have any questions! We also had a campfire most nights and 1 day we did get to see a couple of bears near the deck and out in the driveway! We loved seeing them! The firepit with 8 chairs was also used most nights. 				The Smoky View Cabin was an incredible house for our stay! We had 16 people at the cabin and everyone was able to either have their own bed or share comfortably. There were plenty of linens provided and the general amenities lasted us longer than we expected. The location of the house is up a steep incline so it is recommended to plan on driving to and from as Ubers/Lyfts won’t go up. The host was extremely responsive and always ready to provide us with information or help. 5/5 stars, would 100% recommend!

				Having a peaceful place for our family to gather made our family vacation possible. After searching for months, we landed on this location with high hopes. Satisfyingly everything offered was as described and looked as shown in the numerous, helpful photos. The spacious porch began our day with an astounding view and a moving picture of the way the smoke moves through the valley nooks. We had plenty of towels, especially for the hot tub. We were easily able to cook the meals we planned with what was stocked in the kitchen. The extra-long dining table provided exactly what we needed for meeting and eating together. New Hope's host sent well thought out instructions throughout and responded promptly when contacted, which we appreciated.

				My family group of 12 loved the cabin. The main living area and kitchen was open and had lots of seating so we could hang out together. The large dining table was perfect for playing games and eating together. The large deck had a nice view of the mountains. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to large groups.

				The cabin was beautiful and exactly how it was described and pictured on the website. Our family consisted of seven adults and six children (under 5) and everyone had a fantastic time. You won’t regret spending some time this close to all the action in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I could only give the review five stars, but it earned a solid ten.

				We were coming for our family Christmas gathering, and New Hope went above and beyond! Beautiful place, and they made sure we had a Christmas tree up and house was decorated for us! The absolute best place I have stayed and I have been visiting Gatlinburg for 35 years atleast twice a year! Our family absolutely loved the views and the cabin! Easy access, and great host!!! 				New Hope was the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in!!!! My whole family (10 people) was comfortable here. You could have easily slept more there! 				We loved staying in New Hopes cabin. It was a great time for a large group of us to come and hangout in the beautiful mountains. The cabin was large and spacious. Everything was clean and cozy. If you love a cozy blanket by the fire place my only recommendation is to bring extra balnkets. The kitchen was large and had the basics plus some fun things like a crock pot and waffle maker. And our favorite part was the dinning room table big enough for all of us to sit together to eat and play games. We will absolutely be back!

				Our stay at the Smoky View Mountain Cabin was wonderful! We were 11 adults that really enjoyed the home, the amazing views, the private and quiet location, the hot tub on the large deck and the fire pit. We even brought a badminton set and put it up in the grassy area. Although we did discover that we have aged a lot since playing together in our much younger years! It was so nice to have a huge table where we could all sit together to eat. We cooked all our breakfasts and 4 of our evening meals plus packed 2 lunches to take with us. It worked out great. Access to the Smoky Mountain National Park and nearby towns was easy. I appreciated the quick responses before and during our stay plus great directions to the place and also the list of items we needed to bring with us or buy. Times when our siblings and spouses can get together from 5 different states are few and precious. Thanks for giving us a wonderful place to meet together and enjoy each other's company.

				The cabin was perfect for our big group, we had 16 people and it was really comfortable and accommodated us all very comfortably, with room to spare.The location of the cabin was perfect for the weekend, it's away from all of the noise and activity in Pigeon Forge and close to the entrance of Smoky Mountains NP, which was exactly what we were looking for during our stay. The kitchen came with everything we needed to prepare homecooked meals and the charcoal grill worked out perfectly for grilling burgers, brats, and steaks all weekend. You'll get some amazing views from the cabin and can sit back and relax in a hot tub to enjoy them. If you're looking for some peace & quiet in a beautiful spacey cabin without too many instructions or restrictions on your stay, this is the perfect booking for that. I'd come back to this location again.

				This cabin has incredible views, both day and night. Twice we were able to view the Starlink satellite train at night. The mornings are pretty miraculous, and the evenings just as beautiful. This cabin is without obstruction, the mountain view is spectacular. We had a group of 11 adults and two children, but never felt crowded. The home is well planned with a large deck and hot tub. We did have a bear visit, so remember to keep food/crumbs out of the cars, doors locked, including doors to the house (bears can open doors!). Location wise, it couldn't be better. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smokey Mountain trail heads. Supermarkets, Krispy Kreme, and anything you need is close enough. We brought cast iron cookware and enjoyed cooking on the firepit ring as well as the park charcoal grill in the yard. And the EV charger was a convenient plus which my daughter used for her Tesla.

				We came with a very large family and we just had a blast. The place is beautiful, both inside and out. It comfortably held 17 of us, with a big kitchen table. The spot in the smokey's was stellar. Also, the host was very friendly and also proactive, when he noticed that air might not be going down at the right speed called and then remedied it on his own. We couldn't recommend the place any more.

				This house is spacious and beautiful with stunning views. We have 13 family members- 5 adults , 8 grands, and we were very comfortable. It’s a short, scenic drive to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, lots of things to do, places to eat and nature to discover. We had a couple minor issues at first, our host took care of very quickly. He answered every email, and question we had. The drive up took a bit of getting used to but the view above was worth it. Thank you New Hope, it was a pleasure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

				Great property! We had a group of 15 ranging in age from 5-80 years old and the space in the house worked out perfectly for us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and a coffee pot and Keurig. The 2 washers and dryers were handy. Spectacular views and we had six bear sightings!! And, the house is conveniently located between between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

				Lyons Anniversary Family Adventure 35th Wedding Anniversary/family vacation. We traveled 14 hours and this cabin was just the home we needed for the week. This cabin has all that is needed comfort and safety. The host Stephen was easy to contact and answered all questions in a timely and didn't mind questions at all. Great locations as we were able to take in events/attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with easy drives. Good location as gas and grocery were close by. We had several in our group that had hoped to see a Bear on this trip, within 30 minutes of our arrival a Big Black Bear came meandering down the driveway, right in front of the cabin! Highly recommend this cabin and this Host.

				We had a very enjoyable time at New Hope. Everything was as described in listing. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 and 2 toddlers, even a crib which was very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer and tried out the fire pit. When you turn to go up the final road near the home, look for signs that say New Hope this way. It was late at night when we arrived and missed most of them and wasn't sure we were headed in the right way. Host was very responsive to questions and sent clear instructions. There is much to to all around in the area. The cabin is a nice quiet retreat. Thank you for a great stay!

				Beautiful place! Beautiful surroundings! Views can’t be beat. Hosts were very responsive refilled the propane for the fireplace and brought a large stock pot as soon as we requested. Plenty of throw blankets (rentals NEVER have them and I always have to bring my own). Wouldn’t have minded a fourth bathroom (six women and three baths was a stretch but we were able to make do) but that isn’t something that is easily changed and totally a spoiled point of view. Overall, no complaints! Would definitely stay again! Thanks so much for the perfect place for a few middle aged women to reunite and celebrate their amazing friendship and military service.

				We stayed with 15 family members including 7 children. Really enjoyed the privacy, no other cabins in sight. Lots of room, we had 1 extra bunk bed. Plenty of linens, dishes & cooking items(including several cookie sheets that have been added). Close to many activities, a great place for a large group. We would definitely stay again. Host was very helpful.

				excellent service from the host. great property in the best location to both the national park and town. the kitchen filled all the needs for our three families. we all cooked many meals at the same time with little trouble. the dining area was great and could seat everyone at the same time.... the outdoor fire area was cozy for our large group, and provided enough chairs for our group to relax. the best part for us was the seclusion the property gave us in that large rental/tourism area. thank you for a wonderful stay...all 13 of our family members voted to use this house again.. that's the best review I can think of :) thanks again for a great stay...chasT Seymour In

				We had the most amazing vacation, with our WHOLE family! This home truly exceeded our expectations! It was so clean and organized, throughout the home and the grounds. Definitely the most beautiful mountain home we have ever stayed in. The space for family time was amazing! Oh the memories we made! The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking in, which we did every night. We had no problems that lead us to contact the host. But, they emailed twice to let us know we can contact them if we need anything! Awesome, right!!Thank you New Hope!We will surely be back!

				Stayed here with 15 friends, all adults, very cozy stay! The drive up the private road can be jarring at first but after going in and out so often it was no biggie (Florida native here, flat land is the only land). Favorite parts were the dinner table, hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, tons of parking, crazy amount of storage, and the fact that it’s so close to everything we wanted to do during our stay! Also the fake fire lanterns mounted in the living room were super cool, I want some for my own house. All 15 of us can vouch that this is an amazing cabin, would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

				Place was a dream come true. Everything was brand new and the host was very responsive. The road to get to the cabin needs work and it is kinda hard to get up if you don’t have an AWD or 4WD vehicle but besides that everything was perfect!

				Wish we had 1 more restroom. Place was nice. Hot tub heats up quickly and stayed hot the entire weekend. (In my experience that is usually a hassle). Plenty of parking. No neighbors in sight. Would stay here again.

				Very nice cabin with plenty of space for large families and groups. Our youth group and adult chaperones had a blast. Kitchen was equipped with plenty to cook meals for 16 people. Communication was amazing and check in and check out were a breeze. You’re not going to find nicer accommodations for large groups anywhere.

				Love this cabin!!! We brought our youth group to Gatlinburg for a conference. This cabin was perfect for us! It was very clean and had everything we needed!! It is very spacious we love the large table in the kitchen for everyone to sit! It has a thankless hot water heater so you never run out of hot water!!! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great!!!! The jacuzzi temperature was just right. We enjoyed the large TV in the living room and the teens enjoyed the air hockey table in the game room! This cabin did not disappoint! The only problem we had was the snow covered the driveway up to the cabin and our van would not make it up the hill. It is a pretty steep climb. We didn't have 4 wheel drive. But, overall we had a great stay! I would highly recommend this cabin!!!!

				This home was perfect for our family gathering of 13. The owner was extremely communicative and on top of some small issues we had-- even went out of his way to help with a special request. I cooked several meals here, and I'll say that the kitchen is very well stocked when it comes to pots & pans and kitchen utensils, including a wine opener, cooking knives, cheese grater, can openers, large cutting board, etc. The kitchen does lack baking items, so you'll need to bring disposable 9x13 pans, etc. There is 1 cookie sheet, so if you want more, bring them. For coffee lovers, they have a classic drip machine, a Keurig, and a goose neck kettle and grinder for those that do pour-overs-- just bring your pour over device. All in all, this is a beautiful new construction home in a peaceful mountain setting-- easy 12-15 minute drive to Gatlinburg area!

				The place was beautiful, it was very clean and spacious. There is only one con about this place and it is the driveway, it is very difficult to get up unless you are driving a 4x4 or an AWD. However they did say that the driveway will be paved and no longer have that issue. Once that is fixed this would 110% be a place that I would come back to!

				We LOVED this cabin! The cabin and views are amazing (the pictures don’t do it justice) and the location (between Pigeon Forge to the north and Gatlinburg to the south) was PERFECT for everything we wanted to do. It was big enough to accommodate everyone in our large family vacation. Owner was VERY helpful and expeditiously responded to inquiries made during our stay. Worthy of this 5 Star review. 				This AirBNB is EXACTLY how pictured. Nestled on top of a beautiful mountain with the perfect view there is no better place to see the stars than by the fire pit or from the hot tub! 				We had 4 families (13 people - 7 adults & 6 kids) stay for 3 nights for the Florida/Tennessee game and this cabin was awesome! We saw a bear rambling up the road to the cabin when we returned at night from the game, but no wildlife bothered us onsite. The firepit location is cool at the peak of the hill, the gameroom was a HIT for the 4 kids aged 6-13 - we barely saw them! The huge dinner table is amazing and spacious, and the living room was perfect for watching games. A hint on the driveway is to keep a consistent speed, you won't slide off the mountain - we were all a bit concerned our first time up it but the subsequent trips up and down were without incident, we had a Corolla and a VW Atlas and 2 F150s - all without 4WD. We backed up the Corolla and VW the first time up to keep the weight (engine) on the back wheels, but it all worked out fine and added to the fun of being there! I'd love to come back in the future...About the only suggestion (I gave this to the Host) was to provide a gas grill, the charcoal grill was one of those types available at a park pavilion and with the cabin being on top of a hill it is hard to keep charcoal cooking 13 people's food at a reasonable temperature with even a slight breeze...

				The cabin was great for our large group. The location is easy to get too and convenient for access to the park and to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sieverville. Having 2 bunk rooms was great and gave us flexibility. The hosts were easy to work with and very responsive.

				We loved our trip here. The view is astounding from every room. We were excited to see a black bear walking by our front door on the first evening. The host was very helpful and always responded promptly. He came by at 10:30 pm to fix an air conditioner problem. Would recommend it to my friends.
